A Letter to Our Clients – Flo Recruit Launches Forward

Dear Clients and Friends,

Today Flo Recruit publicly launches Forward, the platform dedicated to helping legal talent (starting with law students) navigate recruiting and land their dream jobs.

As trusted partners, many of you heard about Flo Recruit Forward in 2023 when we started building. And, many of you already joined: 10 early Forward School Partners, 50+ Firm Profile adopters, and 10,000+ law students

I thank each and every one of you for your guidance and trust. Flo’s law firm and law school clients often think differently about how to navigate industry changes. On this particular mission, you’ve been united: to help the law students through it all. This clarity informs everything we build in Flo Recruit Forward.

If you’re new to Forward, here’s the gist. As recruiting grows less structured, there are more hiring channels for students to manage – earlier. Direct applications, recruiting events, mock interviews, firm screening programs, early OCI, OCI… Forward brings all of the above onto one platform for students.
